| dc.description.abstract | أصبح الطلب المتزايد على السكن من المخاوف التي تواجه الدول في الوقت الراهن، و لمعالجة هاته المخاوف سمحت الدولة الجزائرية للبنوك التجارية بالدخول في مجال التمويل العقاري، حيث اصبحت تساهم في التنمية المحلية وتلعب دورا فعالا في تمويل قطاع السكن، فكان الهدف من الدراسة هو الكشف عن أهم الطرق والإجراءات المتبعة من طرف البنوك للمساهمة في تمويل القطاع العقاري و الفوائد المطبقة و كذا المعايير المؤهلة للحصول على القرض. ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها يمكن القول ان الاجراءات التي اتخذتها الدولة يمكنها القضاء على مشكلة السكن في الجزائر، و هذا ظاهر على حجم القروض العقارية المقدمة من قبل البنوك التجارية في مجال تمويل السكن. The increasing demand for housing is considered as one of the most concerns facing all the countries, To eliminate this huge problem, the Algerian state has allowed commercial banks to enter the field of mortgage finances, contributing to local development and playing an active role in financing the housing sector. the main ways and procedures followed by banks is to contribute in financing real estate sector and the benefits applied and the criteria eligible for the loan. We can say that the measures taken by the state can eliminate this problem in Algeria, and regarding the important mortgage loans provided by commercial banks in the field of housing finance. | |
