dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على إجراءات التحرير المالي، وإبراز متى وكيف تم تطبيقها من طرف الجزائر، بالإضافة إلى توضيح آثارها على النظام المالي الجزائري بشكل عام والسوق المالي بشكل خاص. من خلال مجريات البحث اتضح بأنها ساهمت في التحرير الجزئي لهذا القطاع، و أنها كانت من أهم الاسباب التي ساعدت على انشاء سوق مالي جزائري، الا أنه و نتيجة لمجموعة من المعوقات لم تتمكن هذه السوق من أداء الدور المنوط بها و الدليل على ذلك الانخفاض الكبير لمؤشرات أدائها This research aims to identify the financial liberalization procedures, focussing on when and how this last was implemented by Algeria, and it clarifies the effects on the Algerian financial system in two sides general and the financial market. The study shows the contribution of the partial iberalization of this sector and that it was one of the most important reasons that helped to establish it. However, due to a number of obstacles, this market was unable to perform as it should be
