Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع جودة الخدمات الصحية في المستشفيات الطبية العاملة في بلدية طرابلس الكبرى من وجهة نظر مقدمي الخدمات الصحية، وكذلك التعرف على الدور الذي يقوم به مقدمي الخدمة في مجال إدارة الرعاية الطبية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها، عدم توفر أبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية، وكذلك وجود صعوبات تحد من عمل مقدمي الخدمات الصحية والطبية في المستشفى قيد الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات، أهمها، ترسيخ الوعي الصحي لدى مقدمي الخدمات الصحية في المستشفى قيد الدراسة، حول مفهوم وأهداف وأبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية والرعاية الطبية.
This study aimed to know the reality of the quality of health services in medical hospitals operating in the Greater Tripoli Municipality from the point of view of health service providers, as well as to identify the role that service providers play in the field of medical care management. The study found results, the most important of which is the lack of quality health services dimensions, as well as the existence of difficulties that limit the work of health and medical service providers in the hospital under study. The study reached recommendations, the most important of which is to establish health awareness among health service providers in the hospital under study regarding the concept, objectives and dimensions of the quality of health services and medical care
