| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان مستوى ودرجة التنويع الاقتصادي في هيكل التجارة الخارجية للاقتصاد الوطني، لذا فقد تم التركيز على تنويع الصادرات والواردات وذلك باستخدام معامل هيرفندال-هيرشمان كونه من أهم مؤشرات قياس التنويع الاقتصادي. وقد أفادت نتائج الدراسة بضعف درجة تنويع هيكل التجارة الخارجية بأبعاده المختلفة في الاقتصاد الجزائري، وإستمرار إعتماده على إيرادات وصادرات النفط. وعليه، فإن تنويع الواردات والصادرات المعتمد على مساهمة القطاعات الانتاجية المختلفة فيها، لا بد وأن يواكبه تحقيق أهداف أخرى، والتي من المهم أن يشكل فيها التوسع في نشاطات هذه القطاعات بدائل واعدة أمام تنويع القاعدة الاقتصادية وتخفيف الاعتماد على الايرادات والصادرات النفطية. The study aims to show the level and degree of economic diversification in the structure of foreign trade for the national economy, so the focus was on diversification of exports and imports, using the Hervendal-Hirschmann coefficient as it is one of the most important indicators of measuring economic diversification. The results of the study indicated the weak degree of diversification of the foreign trade structure in its various dimensions in the Algerian economy, and its continued dependence on oil revenues and exports. Therefore, the diversification of imports and exports dependent on the contribution of the various productive sectors in it must be accompanied by the achievement of other goals, in which it is important that the expansion of the activities of these sectors constitute promising alternatives to diversifying the economic base and reducing dependence on oil revenues and exports. | ar |
