| dc.description.abstract | تقوم فلسفة التسويق الشبكي على إغراء الأفراد من أجل العمل في مجال الدعاية الشفهية عبر شبكة الإنترنت، مقابل أرباح كبيرة نظير جهودهم في إقناع آخرين بالانضمام للشبكة، بعد أن يقوم كل فرد ومن يليه بشراء أحد منتجات الشركة ودفع حقوق التسجيل. وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على طبيعة ممارسات شركات التسويق الشبكي، والتعرف على حقيقة الربح ومدى إمكانية الحصول على عقد عمل ضمن نشاطاتها، حيث خلصت إلى أن تلك الشركات تبيع الوهم لزبائنها، إذ لا عقود رسمية في العمل، وأن الربح سيكون من نصيب الطبقات العليا فقط. The philosophy of network marketing lures individuals to work in oral advertising via the internet. they receive commission for their efforts to persuade others to join the network. Accordingly, this paper aims to examining the nature of the practices of network marketing companies, and to identify the reality of profit and the possibility of obtaining a contract of employment as part of joining their activities, which concluded that these network sell the illusion to their customers, there are no formal contracts at work, and that profit is only for the upper classes. | |
