dc.description.abstractإن الاهتمام بصيانة الموارد البشرية ضرورة ملحة لدعم القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية و الابقاء على الإمكانات البشرية المؤهلة التي تجنبها تكاليف فقدان الموارد النادرة ذات الصلة بالمهارات والوقت المتعلق بتوظيف الأفراد الجدد، إذ يتفق معظم الباحثون على وجود علاقة وثيقة بين نوعية بيئة العمل و مستوى الأداء الوظيفي تتجلى في حماية المورد البشري و تحسين مردوديته عند احساسه بالرضا الوظيفي و التحكم في إدارة المخاطر المهنية، علاوة على خلق المناخ التنظيمي المناسب من حيث التحفيز، التدريب، و تهيئة بيئة العمل الصحية، الجذابة والمنتجة كأداة فعالة لتطوير واستغلال المهارات و الحد من سلوك الغيابات والاستقالات في ظل العمل الدائم على تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة و استدامة الأداء. Interest in maintaining human resources is an urgent need to support the economic competitiveness of enterprises and to maintain the qualification of human potential that helps in avoiding the loss of rare resources associated with the skills and time allocated for hiring new employees; for most researchers agree that there is a close relationship between the quality of the working environment and the level of Job performance incarnated in the protection of human resources and the improvement of the output when job satisfaction is ensured as well as the planned control over occupational hazards, in addition to creating the appropriate regulatory climate in terms of motivation, training, and creating a healthy, attractive and productive work environment as an effective tool for the development and reduction of the absentee behavior and resignations under constant work to reach objectives and sustainable performance.
