| dc.description.abstract | إن الدولة ملزمة بأن توفر لكل فرد في المجتمع الذي ترعاه مستوى المعيشة الذي يليق به، من خلال المعالجة العادلة لتوزيع الثروة بصورة لاتحد من اندفاع النشاط الفردي، وضبط معايير العدالة الاجتماعية، باعتبار أن الثروة هي ذلك الجزء من الدخول الذي تم توفيره وتراكم مع الزمن. يحدد توزيع الدخل بوضع القواعد لاكتساب الملكية والثروة ولتوزيعها، وللتوريث والوصية بهدف منع تركيزها في جانب وحرمان جانب آخر من المجتمع منها، فكلما تحققت العدالة في توزيع الثروة في المجتمع كان ذلك أقرب لعدالة توزيع الدخل، كما يتحقق الدخل أيضا للأفراد من جراء قيامهم بالعمل والإنتاج في كافة الأنشطة الاقتصادية، فضلا على ذلك المواريث والهبات والوصايا والعطايا التي تنقل الثروة وعناصر الملكية من جيل إلى آخر.
