L’extrait brut alcoolique des racines d’A. pyrethrum dans le cadre de ce travail permettent une meilleure connaissance du métabolisme secondaire au niveau des racines d’A. pyrethrum. Le profil métabolique des racines est caractérisé par la présence majoritaire des flavonoides.
Abstract:
A phytochemical test of the extract of the hydro-alcoholic extract of the roots of Anacyclus pyrethrum L. (Asteraceae) obtained with diethyl ether, ethyl acetate and 1-butanol. The extract and the fractions were subjected to phytochemical screening by standard methods by thin layer chromatography.
The crude alcoholic root extract of A. pyrethrum, within the framework of this work allow a better knowledge of the secondary metabolism at the level of the roots A. pyrethrum. The metabolic profile of the roots is characterized by the presence of flavonoids
