| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس الإفصاح الاجتماعي في مؤسسة أرامكو خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2019 الى2021، مع تحليل البيانات الاجتماعية والبيئية للأداء الفعلي للشركة في تلك الفترة، واستخدام برنامج POWER BI للتنبؤ بالأداء المستدام للمؤسسة خلال السنوات القادمة (2022،2023 و2024). توصلت الدراسة الى ان الإفصاح عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية أداة فعالة لتحسين الأداء المستدام للمؤسسات من خلال الرفع من الكفاءة والاستدامة كتقليل استهلاك الموارد الطبيعية، تعزيز الابتكار والتنمية المستدامة وذلك بالقيام بتطوير حلول مستدامة للتحديات الاجتماعية والبيئية. This study aims to measure social disclosure at Aramco during the period from 2019 to 2021, analysing social and environmental data of the company's actual performance in that period, and using the POWER BI program to predict the foundation's sustainable performance in the coming years (2022, 2023 and 2024). The study found that social responsibility disclosure is an effective tool to improve the sustainable performance of enterprises by raising efficiency and sustainability such as reducing natural resource consumption, promoting innovation and sustainable development by developing sustainable solutions to social and environmental challenges. | ar |
