| dc.description.abstract | إن فكرة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات تقوم على ضرورة خلق نوع من التناغم بين المصالح المتناقضة المتسمة بالربحية من جهة وضرورة مراعاة مصلحة المجتمع من جهة أخرى، وانطلاقاً من هذه المسلمات كان لابد للشركات من وضع برنامجها للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في إطار يضبطه البعد القانوني بعد أن تزاحمت الأفكار التي ادعت غياب البعد القانوني للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات وبالتالي كانت هنالك أراء لتجريدها من صفة الإلزام، ووصفها بأنها مجرد مبادرات طوعية في الوقت الذي ظهرت فيه بوادر فكرية تتبنى أدوات لتنظيم الجانب القانوني للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات .
