dc.description.abstractنهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة لمعرفة امكانية التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي في المؤسسات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر، باستعمال نموذجي Altman و Springate. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق النموذجين السابقين على مؤسسة صيدال، أن. سي. أ. رويبة وبيوفارم، وذلك بالاعتماد على القوائم المالية لهذه المؤسسات، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن النموذجين فعالين في التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي من عدمه للمؤسسات محل الدراسة. We aim through this study to know the possibility of predicting financial distress in the industrial establishments listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange, using the models Altman and Springate. To achieve the goals of the study, the previous two models were applied to the Saidal Foundation, that. C. a. Rouiba and Biopharm, by relying on the financial statements of these institutions, and the study concluded that the two models are effective in predicting financial distress from the institutions under study.ar
