| dc.description.abstract | إن علماء أصول الفقه الإسلامي استفادوا من طريقة اللغويين في الاستخدام الجيد لقرينة السياق بنوعيه ووظفوها بشكل عملي في دراستهم الخاصة والمتميزة في استنباط أحكام النصوص الشرعية ، وترجيح معانيها من خلال ما اصطلح عليه بالقواعد الأصولية اللغوية ، ويتجلى بوضوح اعتمادهم على قرينة السياق في المواضيع المتصلة باعتبار دلالة اللفظ على المعنى بحسب ظہور المعنی و خفائه ، کواضح الدلالة ، ومنه : الظاهر والنص والمفسر والمحكم ، وخفي الدلالة ومنه : الخفي والمشكل والمجمل والمتشابه ، وكذلك باعتبار كيفية دلالته على المعنى من حيث قوة الدلالة وتفاوت مراتبها ، وهي أربعة طرق : عبارة النص وإشارة النص ودلالة النص واقتضاء النص فيرجح عند التعارض أقوى الدلالة بفضل قرينة السياق وعلى أساسها يؤول ويفسر الخطاب القرآني والنبوي على الوجه الصحيح المقصود والمراد معنى وحكما ، وهذا ما نهدف إلي تبيينه في هذا المقال . The scholars of principles of jurisprudence had benefited from the method of linguistics in dealing with the context in the extraction of judgments from the religious texts, and determination of the most likely meaning through the linguistic principles’ rules, especially in the chapter of words’ significations, that studies the divisions of words according to the appearance of their meanings, as well as the way of signification and its power.Therefore the evidence of context is used to interpret the religious texts in the intended way, this is what we aim to explain through this article | ar |
