| dc.description.abstract | تعد الهيئات والآليات المرافقة والداعمة للمقاولة النسوية من أهم متطلبات انجاح مسار هذه المقاولات والإرادات، فلقد أوضحت التجارب العالمية عموما والعربية خصوصا مدى نجاعتها في تشجيع التنمية الاقتصادية وتحقيق مبدأ المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة من خلال مساهمتها في دعم حركة إنشاء المؤسسات الاقتصادية في مختلف القطاعات دون تمييز ولا تهميش. سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على أهم هذه الاليات التي توفرها الدولة الجزائرية، مع الإشارة الى مساهمة الصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة في انجاح بعض التجارب والمشاريع النسوية التي تنشط في مجال البناء والاشغال العمومية في ولاية سطيف والذي اعتبر الى فترة غير بعيدة حكرا على الرجال. Bodies and Mechanisms that associated with and which are supporting the woman entrepreneurship are considering as the m ost important requirement of that entrepreneurship and wills succ ess way. The international experiences in general and especially the Arabic experience show the effectiveness of that bodies and mechanisms in promoting economic development, as well as achieving the equality principle between men and women through their contribution in supporting the economic institutions reconstruction in various sectors without discrimination or marginalization. In this paper, we will try to highlight the most important mechanisms provided by Algerian state. Besides indicating the contribution of National Insurance Fund for unemployment in making some women's experiences and projects successful. Those which are active in the field of construction and public works in Setif state, and which was considered to be not so long dominated by men. | |
