Abstract
Work-family relationship was always seen in the most of the previous researches as a relationship between incompatible roles that their requirements cannot be easily met, through the limited resources of time, and energy, conflict is the term used to identify this relationship, and to give attention to the difficulties that encounter dual earner parents in taking care about their children, and performing their duties at work adequately. Government and private sector through passing Acts, and the establishment of balance policies attempt to eliminate, or at least reduce the effects of the conflict, especially with different trends that have characterized the beginning of the 21st century n united states of America society, however recently, there were an emergence of optimistic claims, which argue for the enrichment, and enhancement, or the positive impact of the success achieved in one sphere upon the other sphere.
