| dc.description.abstract | التفكير الإبداعي هو القدرة على البحث عن حلول لمشكلة معينة بطرق جديدة وإنتاج أفكار متنوعة غير مألوفة تتميز بالأصالة والابتكار وتقديم إضافات جديدة لفكرة ما، لذلك سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية التفكير الإبداعي، ومهاراته، وأهدافه وأهميته لدى الطالب الجامعي ودور الأستاذ الفعال في تنميته، من خال الإطاع على التراث النظري الموجود في الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة،وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن أساتذة الجامعة لهم دور فعال في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي من خال تشجيعهم على توليد أفكار تتميز بالأصالة والمرونة في التفكير، وتقديم إضافات جديدة، ومساعدته على حل المشكلات التي تواجهه، مع تنويع الأساتذة في الاستراتيجيات أثناء تقديم الدرس Creative thinking is the ability to search for solutions to a particular problem in new ways and produce a variety of unfamiliar ideas characterized by authenticity, innovation and new additions to an idea. So this study sought to figure out what creative thinking is, his/her skills, goals and relevance to the university student and the active role of the professor in his/her development, By examining the the oretical heritage found in previous studies relevant to the subject of the study the study concluded that university professors are instrumental in developing creative thinking by encouraging them to generate ideas that are authentic and flexible in thinking, and introducing new additions, helping him solve his problems, while diversifying professors into strategies while presenting the lesson. | |
