dc.description.abstractL'objectif de cette thèse s'inscrit dans l'étude de l'existence des solutions de quelques problèmes aux limites associés aux équations différentielles et intégro-différentielles non linéaires d'ordre fractionnaire à conditions aux limites locales et de type intégrale. On s'intéresse dans un premier temps à établir la positivité, ainsi que l'unicité de la solution de l'équation différentielle fractionnaire en utilisant quelques théorèmes de points fixes notamment le théorème de Guo- Krasnoselskii d'expansion et de compression d'un cône, et le principe de contraction de Banach puis dans un deuxième temps et via le théorème de Krasnoselskii hybride on établit l'existence de la solution de l'équation intégro-différentielle fractionnaire. The objective of this thesis, is devoted to the study of the existence of solutions for some boundary value problem generated by nonlinear differential and integro-differential equations of fractional order with local and integral type boundary conditions. We are interested in the first step to establish uniqueness and the existence of positive solutions of the fractional differential equation by using some fixed point theorems notably, Guo-Krasnoselskii theorem of expansion and compression of cones, and the Banach contraction principle, then in a second step and via the hybrid Krasnoselskii theorem we establish the existence of solution of the fractional integro-differential equation. الهدف من هذه الاطروحة هو دراسة وجود و وحدانية الحل لبعض المسائل الحدية المعرفة بمعادلات تكاملية تفاضلية غير خطية من مراتب كسرية و بشروط حدية. في المرحلة الاولى اهتمينا بالبحث عن وجود حلول موجبة لمعادلات تفاضلية باستعمال بعض نظريات النقطة الصامدة و بالأخص نظرية كراسنوسيلسكي الخاصة بالقمع و كذلك نظرية باناك. في المرحلة الثانية و باستعمال نظرية كراسنوسيلسكي الهجينة أتبتنا وجود حل لمعاد تكاملية تفاضلية كسريةar
