Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى رصد وتحليل واقع الإنتاج الزراعي بشقيه النباتي والحيواني ومستوى تأثيره على الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر ومدى فعاليتها في تقليص الفجوة الغذائية. أظهرت الدراسة أنه بفضل الجهود المبذولة والمسخرة تم تحقيق إنتاج الزراعي إجمالي بقيمة 29 مليار دولار سنة 2019 وتقدم الجزائر في مؤشر الأمن الغذائي إلى مستوى58.9 نقطة من أصل 100، لتحتل المرتبة 68 من ضمن 113 دولة شملها المسح عالميا لسنة 2021. بالرغم من ذلك، إلا أن القطاع الزراعي في بلادنا لازال يعتمد على الواردات الغذائية لاستيفاء الطلب المحلي في بعض المواد، الأمر الذي يستدعي مجهودات أكبر في ضل إستراتيجية زراعية أشمل.
This research aims to monitor and analyse the realities of agricultural production in both vegetable and animal areas and its impact on food security in Algeria and its effectiveness in reducing the food gap The study showed that thanks to efforts and efforts, total agricultural production of 29 billion dollars was achieved in 2019 and Algeria advanced the food security index to 58.9 points out of 100, ranking 68 out of 113 countries surveyed globally for 2021. Nevertheless, our country's agricultural sector continues to rely on food imports to meet the domestic demand for certain items, which calls for greater efforts to strain a more comprehensive agricultural strategy.
