Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر فرص وتحديات تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة على قيمة مؤسسة نفط باتنة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تطوير استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 30 عاملاً. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة في إصداراته الجديدة له أثر إيجابي على قيمة المؤسسة، إلا أن مؤسسة نفط باتنة تواجه بعض المعوقات في تطبيق هذا النظام
The study aims to identify the impact of the opportunities and challenges of implementing the integrated management system on the value of (Naftal-Batna) institution. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a random sample consisting of 30 workers.
The study concluded that applying the integrated management system in the new versions has A positive impact on the value of the enterprise, but )Naftal-Batna)
Corporation faces some obstacles to implementing this system.
