Abstract
تتناول هذه الدراسة محددات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر للفترة الممتدة من 2005 إلى 2015، حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري الى محددات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وفق الأدبيات الاقتصادية الحديثة، بعد ذلك قمنا بدراسة محددات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر وقياس مناخها الاستثماري من خلال المؤشرات الدولية الصادرة بهذا الشأن. حيث تبين لنا ضعف نسبة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافدة الى الجزائر وتركزها في قطاع المحروقات، كما أن مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر غير جذاب بحسب تلك المؤشرات.
This study has treated the determinants of FDI in Algeria for the
period 2005to2015, in the theoretical part we’ve dealt with the FDI
determinants according to the modern economic literature, then we’d
studied the determinants of FDI in Algeria and measured its investment
climate through international indicators that issued in this regard.
Where we realize the lack of the FDI inflows rate’s into Algeria and
they concentration in the hydrocarbon sector, then the business climate
in Algeria is not attractive according to indicators that we have seen.
