dc.description.abstractإن التحول الذي عرفته السياسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر خلال العشرية الأخيرة فرض إستراتيجية جديدة في التنمية موجهة نحو التركيز على المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، باعتبارها قارب النجاة للاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل المتغيرات الدولية الحالية من جهة، وما تلعبه من دور في بناء النسيج الصناعي المتكامل، وتحفيز القطاع الخاص للاستثمار في هذا المجال ومن ثم المشاركة الفعالة في إحداث تغيرات جذرية على مستوى الاقتصاد كخلق فرص جديدة للعمل ورفع الناتج الداخلي بتحقيق معدلات نمو معتبرة من جهة أخرى The Transformation of economic policy in Algeria during the last decade has imposed a new development strategy aimed at focusing on small and medium enterprises as a lifeline for the Algerian economy in light of the current international changes and its role in building the integrated industrial fabric and stimulating the sector.
