| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس مستوى التوجه التنظيمي بالخدمة على مستوى الشركة الوطنية للتأمين والشركة الجزائرية للتأمين وإعادة التأمين، باعتباره بناء متعدد الأبعاد من خلال تطبيق مقياس SERV*OR. ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم جمع البيانات الأولية من عينة مكونة من 101 موظفا في الشركتين المستهدفتين. أشارت نتيجة تحليل SERV*OR إلى أن التوجه التنظيمي بالخدمة بالشركتين لا يعتبر بناء متعدد الأبعاد، كما أشارت إلى أن مستوى توفر المتطلبات التنظيمية اللازمة لبناء توجه تنظيمي بالخدمة في الشركتين المبحوثتين جاء مرتفعا. The aim of this research is to measure the level of the organizational service orientation within the National Insurance Company and the Algerian Insurance and Reinsurance Company as multidimensional construct, through the application of measurement scale namely; SERV*OR. In order to address the aim of the research the primary data were collected from 101 employees. The result of the SERV*OR analysis reveals that the organizational service orientation within the target companies is not a multidimensional construct, and that the level of availability of the organizational requirements to build a service orientation was high. | |
