Abstract
يتناول هذا المقال بالمناقشة واحدة من نظريات الترجمة التي نشأت عن ترجمة النصوص الدينية، وهي نظرية المترجم الأمريكي أوجين نيدا، بعرض لأهم مقولاته النظرية، ومحاولة تبيُّن خلفيتها، ومدى مناسبتها لترجمة القرآن الكريم.
This article proposes a discussion of one of translation' theories that was a result of so called sacred texts translating experience. It is about the propositions of the North American translator Eugene NIDA. We attempt to discuss his conceptions of the biblical translation, in order to recognize their backgrounds as to judge about their relevance to the translation of the Noble Koran
