| dc.description.abstract | نظرا لذلك الدور الذي تلعبه في زيادة معدلات التنمية الاقتصادية بالدول، أصبحت المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تحظى بمكانة هامة في اقتصاد أي دولة بسبب ما تسهم به في تنشيط دواليب الاقتصاد وزيادة القيمة المضافة وعليه تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تأصيل ذلك من خلال الإشارة إلى مختلف المفاهيم الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ثم تبيان عوائق ومشاكل إنشائها بالإضافة إلى مدى مساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر لتختتم بتوصيات ونتائج تتجسد في فرص انجازها وتطويرها. This study seeks to equip the various concepts by small and medium-sized enterprises, and to identify the obstacles and problems its establishment as well as to the extent of their contribution to the economic development in Algeria concluding recommendations reflected in the results of completed and development opportunities.
