| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر المعرفة وتطبيقاتها من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المنظمات والموسومة خاصة بتلاحق الإبداعات في مختلف المجالات، إذ أن الإبداع عند الأفراد يقوم أساسا على المعرفة السابقة لهم وتبادل الأفكار والخبرات فيما بينهم ومن ثم توزيعها على مختلف المستويات الإدارية، ولذلك نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في بناء وتطوير قيادة مبدعة بمجمع كوندور- برج بوعريريج-، ومن أجل الوصول لأهداف البحث تم استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة المدعم باستبانة وزعت على عينة من الإطارات بالشركة، وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج تحقق أغلب فرضيات الدراسة والتي تؤكد وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة بمختلف أبعادها (توليد المعرفة، خزن المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة وتطبيق المعرفة) والقيادة المبدعة.
