Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة أحد أهم الموضوعات التي تحتل مكانا بارزا في الدراسات البيداغوجية، وهو الوصول و الاجابة على اشكالية تحديد المقاربة الاكثر ملاءمة والاكثر جدوى في تحقيق الاهداف والغايات المنوطة بالعملية التدريسية، ورغم أن هناك الكثير من التصورات ربطت بين الاندارغوجيا والجامعة، إلا أن هذه الأخيرة مكون من مكونات البيداغوجيا .
و من أجل الإجابة على اشكالية الدراسة، حاولنا عرض أهم المقاربات و المداخل البيداغوجية التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في مجال تدريس المحاسبة معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي .
واستخلصت الدراسة إلى أن البيداغوجيا بمختلف مقاربتها ومداخلها، ارتبطت بسوء فهم بين من يطرحها ومن يمارسها. كما انه يجب محاولة تقليص الفجوة بين التعليم المحاسبي ومتطلبات سوق العمل من خلال تحديث البرامج والمناهج المحاسبية واعتماد المقاربات الأكثر ملاءمة .
This study deals with one of the most important topics that occupies a prominent place in pedagogical studies, which is to determine the most appropriate and most feasible approach in achieving the goals and objectives entrusted to the teaching process.
Components of pedagogy .
To answer the problem of the study, we tried to present the most important approaches and pedagogical approaches that can be relied upon in the field of accounting teaching, relying on the descriptive analytical approach.
The study concluded that pedagogy, with its various approaches and approaches, was associated with a misunderstanding between those who proposed it and those who practiced it. Also, an attempt should be made to reduce the gap between accounting education and the requirements of the labor market by updating accounting programs and curricula and adopting the most appropriate approaches .
