| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة المناخ التنظيمي وأهميته في منظمات الأعمال والعناصر التي يتكون منه ، والتي تؤثر على الأداء المالي، كما تهدف أيضا الدراسة الى دراسة واقع المناخ التنظيمي في شركة سابك السعودية ومدى تأثيره على أدائها المالي في الفترة 2016 الى 2020. لقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن شركة سابك قد حققت مستويات أداء عالية خلال سنوات الدراسة وهذا بفضل اهتمامها بتحسين المناخ التنظيمي. The study aims to know the organizational climate and its importance in business organizations and the elements that make up it, which affect on the financial performance, The study aims also to study the reality of the organizational climate at Saudi SABIC Organization and its impact on its financial performance in 2016 to 2020. The study has found that SABIC has achieved high performance levels during the study years because it is interested in improving the organizational climate. | ar |
