| dc.description.abstract | إن نجاح تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي مرتبط بوجود قيادة تحويلية قادرة على تهيئة بيئة ملائمة لإحداث التغيير الذي يتطلبه هذا الأسلوب الإداري الحديث، وجعل أعضاء هيئة التدريس وكل الموظفين في الجامعة يقبلون هذا التغيير، وذلك من خلال بناء ثقافة تنظيمية جديدة تتلاءم مع مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة. وخلصت الدراسة الى أن القيادة التحويلية من خلال أبعادها المختلفة لها دور فعال في إحداث التغيير الثقافي، وإيصال وترسيخ ثقافة الجودة الشاملة لدى منسوبي مؤسسات التعليم العالي. The success of the application of TQM in the institutions of higher education is linked to the existence of a transformational leadership capable of creating an environment conducive to the change required by this modern administrative method, And make faculty members and employees accept this change by building a new organizational culture that is consistent with the principles of TQM. The study concluded that transformational leadership through its various dimensions has an effective role in bringing about cultural change, and the delivery and consolidation of the culture of total quality among employees of higher education institutions. It was also concluded through the field study that there is a practice for the dimensions of transformational leadership in the college in question but in varying degrees between its different dimensions, and that this level of practice has a moderately positive relationship by spreading the culture of total quality. | |
