| dc.description.abstract | يعد الالتزام التنظيمي من بين أهم المصطلحات المهمة في مختلف المنظمات وعلى اختلاف طبيعتها وحجمها ونشاطها ونوعها، فقد برزت الحاجة إلى دراسة السلوك الإنساني في المنظمات والغرض منها هو تحفيز الأفراد العاملين فيها وزيادة التزامهم، مما أدى إلى ظهور العديد من النماذج وإجراء العديد من الأبحاث المتعلقة بموضوع الالتزام التنظيمي، والتي تهدف من الأساس إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة في الالتزام التنظيمي.لذا برزت الحاجة إلى دراسته للتعرف أكثر على الوسائل والإجراءات التي من شأنها زيادة الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الأفراد في منظماتهم، والذي بدوره يعمل على خدمة رسالة المنظمة، لذا سعينا في مقالنا هذا إلى التعرف على ماهية الالتزام التنظيمي من خلال عرض تعريفات مختلفة لهذا الموضوع، وكذا إبراز أهميته والخصائص التي يتميز بها، وتطرقنا إلى كل من أبعاده ومكوناته ، ثم عرجنا إلى بعض نماذجه حتى تتضح لنا الرؤية أكثر في ما المقصود بماهية الالتزام التنظيمي.
