dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد اثر تنمية المورد البشري على الابتكار بمؤسسة صيدال وحدة عنابة، ولجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على 95 عامل بالمؤسسة، وتم الاعتماد على برنامج spss من اجل القيام بالتحليل الإحصائي متبعين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تنمية المورد البشري وتشجيع الابتكار بالمؤسسة. This study aims to determine the impact of the development of the human resource on innovation in the saidal Foundation and the Annaba unit, and to collect the data related to the study, the resolution was designed and distributed to 95 workers in the institution, and the program was relied on spss in order to carry out statistical analysis following the descriptive approach Analytical. The study found a statistically significant effect between the development of the human resource and the promotion of innovation in the institution.
