dc.description.abstractيتميز نشاط رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر بحداثته و نقص فعاليته؛ و من أجل التحري عن واقع هذا النشاط في السوق الجزائري، تم التقرب من أحد أهم المتعاملين السبّاقين للتمويل بتقنية رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر و هي الشركة المالية للاستثمارات، المساهمة و التوظيف Sofinance، بهدف دراسة و تحليل واقع التمويلات المقدمة من طرفها في شكل رأس مال مخاطر للمشاريع الاستثمارية المعروضة عليها ؛ معتمدين في ذلك على قاعدة بيانات المؤسسة المالية، و الوثائق و المعلومات المتحصل عليها من طرف المسؤولين فيها. من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن التمويل برأس المال المخاطر على مستوى Sofinance يعتبر نشاطا ثانويا، بعد قرض الإيجار، يُمارس على أساس أنه عملية أخذ مساهمة في رأس مال مشروع استثماري، تنتهي ببيع هذه المساهمة لصاحب المشروع الممول بعد فترة معينة متفق عليها. This research aims to study and analyze the reality of venture capital financing activity in « Sofinance » Algeria, relying on the firm’s database, documents and information obtained by its officials. The most important research result is that the venture capital financing in «Sofinance» considered as a secondary activity after the leasing financing. It is practiced as a process of taking a stake in an investment project’s capital. The financial institution «Sofinance» sells its stake to the owner uses the Buy Back strategy to exist from the investment project after an agreed investee period.
