dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار الدور الوسيط لجودة المعلومات في العلاقة بين آليات الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر المصرفية. تحقيقا لذلك، تم تصميم استمارة لجمع البيانات تم توزيعها على عينة قصدية قوامها 48 مفردة تتكون فقط من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، مدققي الحسابات والموظفين الذين لهم علاقة بإدارة المخاطر بفروع البنوك العمومية العاملة بعين تموشنت، حيث تم استخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية بطريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية PLS-SEM في المعالجة الإحصائية. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود إلى أثر غير مباشر لآليات الحوكمة على إدارة المخاطر المصرفية وذلك بوجود جودة المعلومات كمتغير وسيط. The study aimed to know the mediating role of information in the relationship between governance mechanisms and bank risk management. To that end, a survey has been designed to collect data, and been distributed on a sample consisting of 48 singles. Composed only of members of the Governing Council, the auditors and staff who are linked to the management of risks, in branches of public banks operating in ain Temouchent. we used modeling and structural equivalents in a partial small squares PLS-SEM as statistical treatment. The study concluded that there is an indirect impact of governance mechanisms on management of banking risks, with the existence of quality of information as a Intermediate variable. ا
