dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التحول الرقمي على الأداء الإداري في المؤسسات الصحية الإستشفائية الجزائرية. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تم عرض إطار نظري يوضح متغيرات الدراسة. ولتحقيق نتائج علمية، تم استخدام استبيان وُزّع على الإداريين في المستشفى الجامعي لولاية قسنطينة، حيث تم تحليل 100 استمارة باستخدام برنامج SPSS إصدار 25. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي يؤثر على الأداء الإداري في المستشفى الجامعي. وبناءً على ذلك، تم اقتراح ما يلي: تحسين جودة الإنترنت وزيادة نطاق التردد، تعزيز تدريب الموارد البشرية لمواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية الإدارية، الاستفادة من التجارب العالمية لتبني أفضل الممارسات، وتسريع التحول نحو الإدارة الرقمية في قطاع الصحة. The study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on administrative performance in Algerian healthcare institutions. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, we presented a theoretical framework explaining the study variables. To achieve scientific results, a questionnaire was used and distributed to administrators at the University Hospital of Constantine. We analyzed 100 forms using SPSS V25. The study found that digital transformation affects administrative performance at the university hospital. Based on this, we proposed: improving internet quality and increasing its bandwidth, enhancing training for human resources to keep up with administrative technological advancements, learning from global experiences for better practices, and accelerating the shift towards digital management in the health sector
