dc.description.abstractيعتبر الذكاء الاقتصادي شريان الحياة و القلب النابض بالنسبة لاقتصاديات الدول الكبرى في العالم ،حيث يعتمد على ما حصلت عليه الحكومة من معلومات على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي حيث يعتبر عملية منسقة تبدأ بالبحث تم المعالجة ثم نشر المعلومة و إيصالها لمتخذ القرار ، للتعرف على ماهية الذكاء الاقتصادي و مدى تطبيقه في الواقع الاقتصادي للجزائر و كيف يمكن اعتباره وسيلة فعالة لتطوير الاقتصادي الجزائري من خلال تفعيل الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية الجزائرية خاصة و نحن في عصر العولمة و انفتاح السوق . من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سوف نسلط الضوء على المفاهيم و المرتكزات المتعلقة بالذكاء الاقتصادي ،اليقظة و الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية ، ركزنا في هذا البحث على الذكاء الاقتصادي على مستوى الدولة. سعيامنا لتوضيح العلاقة ما بين الذكاء الاقتصادي و الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية ، وكيف يمكن اعتباره وسيلة فعالة لإنجاح العمل الدبلوماسي من وجهة نظر الاقتصاد. Economic intelligence is the lifeblood and heartbeat of the economies of the world's major countries. It depends on what the government has obtained from the internal and external information. It is a coordinated process that begins with research. The information is then disseminated to the decision maker. The extent of its application in the economic reality of Algeria and how it can be considered an effective way to develop the Algerian economy through the activation of Algerian economic diplomacy, especially in the era of globalization and market openness. In this paper we will highlight the concepts and pillars of economic intelligence, vigilance and economic diplomacy. In this research, we focused on economic intelligence at the state level.
