| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في الجزائر مع تسليط الضوء على واقع هذا القطاع و اسهاماته في التنمية المحلية بولاية قالمة، عبر التطرق إلى السياسات والمخططات التنموية المنتهجة للنهوض بهذا القطاع. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل لها بحثنا ما يلي: - يساهم القطاع الفلاحي في زيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، بالإضافة إلى اسهامه في تحقيق التنمية المحلية؛ - تعد الفلاحة مصدرا رئيسيا للمواد الغذائية والمواد الخام؛ - أحد سبل الرزق وفرص العمل خاصة في المناطق الريفية Our study aims at knowing the contribution of the agricultural sector in realizing the local development in Algeria with reference the province of Guelma. As well as treating the policeis and plans adopted by the Algerien state to devlop the agricultural sector..
