Abstract
يهدف البحث الى محاولة التعرف على الاليات الحديثة لرقابة البنك المركزي على البنوك التجارية بتطبيق النظم الاحترازية في بنك الجزائر، من خلال تبني نظم الإنذار المبكر باعتبارها آليات دعم لعمليات التفتيش والرقابة المصرفية في البنوك. وتوصل البحث الى عدة نتائج أهمها أن بنك الجزائر يعتمد في تطبيق الرقابة على نظام التنقيط المصرفي SYNOBA، ومهمات الرقابة بعين المكان.
The research aims to try to identify the modern mechanisms of central bank supervision over commercial banks by applying the precautionary systems in the Bank of Algeria, by adopting early warning systems as support mechanisms for banking inspections and supervision in banks. The research reached several results, the most important of which is that the Bank of Algeria relies on the application of supervision on the SYNOBA banking rating system, and the supervision tasks in place.
