| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز انعكاسات تبني المؤسسات الصناعية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية ودورها في تحسين الأداء البيئي وذلك بالإشارة إلى شركة الاسمنت الماء الأبيض تبسة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن مؤسسة اسمنت تبسة تهتم بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال إدماج الجوانب البيئية في سياسة المؤسسة . كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها اعتبار المسؤولية الاجتماعية جزء لا يتجزأ من سياسة المؤسسة وزيادة الاهتمام بالوعي البيئي وإعادة تدوير المخلفات الصناعية.
