dc.description.abstractجاءت بيداغوجية المقاربة بالكفاءات كاستجابة حتمية للتطورات الحاصلة في مختلف المجالات خاصة منها مجال التعليم ، الأمر الذّي استدعى من القائمين على المنظومة التربوية القيام بتغييرات شملت مختلف جوانب العملية التعليمية التعلمية وهذا لتتماشى مع متطلبات التطورات الحديثة والمتنوّعة خاصة مع التطور التكنولوجي والمعرفي ، لهذا مثلت المقاربة بالكفاءات الجواب الملائم لما استحدِث في المجال التعليمي. إذن ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول أن نتعرف على هذه البيداغوجية الحديثة المتمثّلة في المقاربة بالكفاءات في العملية التعليمية التعلمية The educational system takes the pedagogy of competence as one of the newest pedagogies, throughout theaims to the best in teaching. So it decide to change its programmes and make them suitable to this pedagogy that gives best ways and supports or aids to make teaching successful. This can only happen by basing on the learner, when giving him or her find solution to any problem he /she faces during his/her life. The aim of this pedagogy can be realized by: Having or making programmessuitable to the individual and the society. Forming or recycling teachers to ensure good teaching.
