| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق إدارة الموارد البشرية وأثرها في أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية، قمنا من خلالها بدراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة مغرب بايب اندستري بالمسيلة حيث تم إجراء مقابلة مع مجموعة من إطارات وعاملي المؤسسة اتسمت بتوجيه الأسئلة المباشرة التي تخص موضوعنا، وتم تحليل واستخلاص النتائج عن طريق برنامج تحليل البيانات النوعية Nvivo، وتم التوصل الى ان المؤسسة تطبق وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية بشكل ضعيف، كما أن وظائف علاقات العمل هي الأكثر تأثيرا على أداء المؤسسة مقارنة بباقي الوظائف. This study aimed to know the reality of the application of human resources management and its impact on the performance of Algerian small and medium enterprises (SMEs), through which we carried out a field study at the Maghreb Pipe Industry Foundation in M’sila, through which an interview was made with a group of frameworks and workers of the institution that was characterized by directing direct questions related to our topic, and was analyzed and extracted Results by Nvivo. It was concluded that the organization applies the functions of human resources management weakly, and that the functions of labor relations are the most influencing the performance of the organization compared to the rest of the jobs. | ar |
