Abstract
يكمن الهدف من هذه الدراسة في تقييم مدى توافق الوضع البيئي المستدام في الجزائر(1980-2018) مع مقاربة كوزنتس البيئية، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض الأسس النظرية والمرتكزات الأساسية لمنحنى كوزنتس البيئي EKC، ثم تحديد ملامح العلاقة في الجزائر. لتشير نتائج الدراسة لوجود خصوصية تميز المسار التنموي والمؤشرات البيئية في الجزائر، وعدم انسجام وتوافقه مع فرضيات منحنى كوزنتس البيئي EKC.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the extent compatibility of the
sustainable environmental situation in Algeria (1980-2018) with Kuznets
environmental approach. The study relies on the descriptive analytical approach to
present the theoretical approaches to environmental Kuznets curve EKC and
determining the features of the relationship in Algeria.
The result of the study indicate the existence of specificity that distinguishes
the development path and environmental indicators in Algeria, which is inconsistent
with the assumptions of the environmental Kuznets curve EKC.
