dc.description.abstractهدف البحث إلى تشخيص إشكالية تطور المنظمات الجزائرية و دورها في رفع مستوى ‏الاقتصاد الوطني ؛ حيث قام الباحث بتحليل تاريخي لتطورها من جهة ، و دراسة وتحديد ‏فعالية الإصلاحات الاقتصادية المطبقة في العشرية الأخير في النهضة الاقتصادية للبلاد ‏من جهة أخرى .و حاول ربط دور الجامعة في هذه الإصلاحات . أبرز النتائج أن تطور ‏المنظمات الجزائرية كان دوما بقرار سياسي لم يجد الموارد البشرية المناسبة لتفعيله.‏ كذلك فشل سياسة الإدماج الاقتصادي المعبر عنها بوكالات ومؤسسات دعم التشغيل ‏والسبب دوما هو عدم تجاوب الفئة المدعمة لتطلعات الدولة من جهة، وعدم الشعور ‏بالمسؤولية من جهة أخرى.‏ The aim of the research is to diagnose the problematic of the history of Algerian organizations and their role in the national economic renaissance. Where the researchers conducted a historical analysis which in order to analyze the development, and to determined the effectiveness of the economic reforms applied during the last decade in the economic revival of the country.and tried to link the university’s role in these reforms .The most striking result is that the Algerian organizations development has always been based on a political decision which never found the appropriate human resources to activate it.
