Abstract
نهدف من خلال الدراسة إلى قياس المشاركة السكانية في تحقيق تنمية سياحة مستدامة بالمدن التاريخية،
ولقد اختيرت قصبة الجزائر العاصمة كنموذج الاختبار ذلك، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا منهجا وصفيا تحليليا واستمارة استبيانيه طبقت على عينة بلغ حجمها 125 مفردة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة وباستخدام برنامج (spss 20) ومعامل آمن كرونباخ لمقاس صدق وثبات الأداة لمحوري الدراسة والانحدار البسيط، تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA) تبعا للفروق الفردية والمستوى التعليمي، المهنة، مدة الإقامة في الحي، الأصل الجغرافي ولقد توصلت إلى الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: مستوى المشاركة السكانية وتحقيق تنمية سياحية مستدامة بقصبة الجزائر العاصمة كان متوسطا، ومستوى شعور المواطنة والحس بالانتماء لدى السكان كأداة لتحقيق تنمية السياحة المستدامة كان متوسطا، وكذا مستوى الوعي البيئي لدى السكان كأداة فاعلة في تنمية السياحة المستدامة بمجال الدراسة كان متوسطا.
وقد خلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات.
Through the study, we aim to measure population participation in achieving sustainable tourism development in historical cities.
The Casbah of Algiers was chosen as a model to test this.
To achieve this, we used a descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire applied to a sample of 125 individuals chosen randomly and systematically using the spss program (20). And Cronbach's safe coefficient for the measure of the validity and reliability of the tool for the axes of the study and the simple regression, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) depending on individual differences and educational level, occupation, duration of residence in the neighborhood, geographical origin. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the level of population participation and the achievement of sustainable tourism development The Casbah of Algiers was average, and the level of citizenship and sense of belonging among the population as a tool to achieve the development of sustainable tourism was average, as well as the level of environmental
awareness among the population as an effective tool in the development of sustainable tourism in the field of study was average. The study concluded a set of suggestions and recommendations.
