| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر الإصلاح الجبائي الذي أعلنت الجزائر بدايته سنة 1991، ضرورة حتمية كان لابد على الجزائر من القيام بها، في إطار التحولات التي عرفتها الساحة الدولية والوطنية، ولذلك نسلط الضوء على درجة وصول هذه الإصلاحات إلى تحقيق الأهداف المعلن عنها، بعد مرور أكثر من خمس وعشرين سنة على بدايتها، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتحسين الحصيلة المالية لإيرادات الجباية العاديــــة وكذا إحلال إيرادات الجباية العادية محل إيرادات الجباية البترولية للتخلص من التبعية البترولية.
