dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على معدل البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2020، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع ARDL، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها وجود تأثير سلبي ومعنوي لنسبة مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التشغيل العام ومعدل البطالة، هذه النتيجة تشير إلى فعالية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تقليص معدل البطالة، كونها أحد العوامل الاقتصادية الموفرة للتوظيف وامتصاص طالبي العمل، كما يؤثر معدل التضخم (كمتغير مفسر) بشكل سلبي ومعنوي على معدل البطالة، وذلك في المدى القصير. This study aims to show the impact of small and medium-sized enterprises on the unemployment rate in Algeria during the period 2000-2020, using the Autoregressive Distributed Deceleration model (ARDL). This result indicates the effectiveness of small and medium enterprises in reducing the unemployment rate, as it is one of the economic factors providing employment and absorbing job seekers, and the rate of inflation (as an explanatory variable) affects negatively and significantly on the unemployment rate, in the short term.ar
