Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير العلاقة بين النمو الاقتصادي ورأس المال البشري، بناء على نموذج لوكاس للنمو، وذلك باختبار وجود علاقة بين نمو الناتج المحلي الخام، وتراكم رأس المال البشري باستعمال اختبار Bound Test لنموذج ARDL وكذا نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ثم تقدير هذه العلاقة خلال الفترة 2003- 2020 بالاعتماد على دالة الإنتاج Cobb -Douglas، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ثنائية الاتجاه بين النمو الاقتصادي وتراكم رأس المال البشري، كما أن نتائج التقدير تدل على دور إيجابي لرأس المال البشري في تحقيق نمو اقتصادي في الجزائر.
This study aims to estimate the relationship between economic growth and human capital, based on Lucas growth model, by testing the existence of a relationship between GDP growth and human capital accumulation using the ARDL bounds- test. As well as the error correction model and then estimating this relationship during the period 2003 - 2020 through the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results showed a two-way relationship between economic growth and the accumulation of human capital, and the results of the evaluation indicate a positive role of human capital in achieving economic growth in Algeria.
