dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البورصة في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكيف تكون بديل جيد من شأنه مراعات طبيعة احتياجاتها وقدرة هذا النوع من المؤسسات. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر تواجه عدة عراقيل أهمها مشكلة التمويل، حيث وبرغم تعدد مصادر التمويل المتاحة والهياكل الداعمة لهذا النوع لم تعد تفي بالغرض، الشيء الذي دفع بالسلطات المختصة إلى بث بورصة الجزائر للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلا أنها لم تجتذب إليها سوى مؤسسة واحدة برغم توفيرها لمصادر تمويل ملائمة. This paper came to examine the role of the stock exchange in financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria . The study concluded that small and medium enterprises in Algeria face several problems, the most important of which is financing, which prompted the competent authorities to broadcast the Algeria Stock Exchange for small and medium enterprises, but it only attracted one enterprise.ar
