| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى فعالية إحدى الأساليب الكمية المستعملة في قياس الاستقرار المالي و هي نماذج الانذار المبكر، إذ أن هذه الأخيرة شائعة الاستعمال من طرف المؤسسات المالية و النقدية الدولية على المستوى الوطني و حتى الدولي، حيث يتم الاعتماد على نتائجها عند تبني الاجراءات التي من شأنها الحفاظ على الاستقرار المالي و تجاوز الاضطرابات و الأزمات المالية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نتائج أنظمة الانذار المبكر في تقييم الاستقرار المالي تفتقد إلى الدقة و قد تكون خاطئة أحيانا، و عليه فقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عدم الاكتفاء باستعمال أنظمة الانذار المبكر و فقط و بضرورة اتباع أساليب كمية أخرى إلى جانبها. The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of one of the quantitative methods used to measure financial stability: early warning models.This method is commonly used by international financial and monetary institutions at the national and even international level, where the results are based on the adoption of measures that will maintain financial stability and overcome financial turmoil and crises when they occur. The study concluded that the results of early warning systems in the assessment of financial stability lack precision and may be wrong sometimes, The study recommended not only the use of early warning systems and the need to follow other quantitative methods.
