| dc.description.abstract | هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور الرقمنة في تحسين وتطوير الخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسات والإدارات الحكومية، من أجل المساهمة في تنمية الاقتصاد، وذلك من خلال دراسة عيّنة من الآليات المستخدمة في الرقابة على قطاع التجارة العمومية في الجزائر، ومعرفة مدى مساهمة رقمنة هذه الآليات في الحدّ من الممارسات المرتبطة بالاقتصاد الموازي. وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها: ضرورة توفير الحكومة للبيئة المناسبة للرقمنة، والتي تشمل العناصر الرئيسية اللازمة لها، كما أن رقمنة آليات الرقابة التجارية تُساهم في تقليص الممارسات المرتبطة بالاقتصاد الموازي. The aim of this research is to know the role of digitization in improving and developing the services provided by government institutions and departments in order to contribute to the development of the economy, by taking a sample of the mechanisms used in oversight in the public trade sector in Algeria, and knowing the extent to which the digitization of these mechanisms contributes to reducing...
