Abstract
هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور الرقمنة في تحسين وتطوير الخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسات والإدارات الحكومية، من أجل المساهمة في تنمية الاقتصاد، وذلك من خلال دراسة عيّنة من الآليات المستخدمة في الرقابة على قطاع التجارة العمومية في الجزائر، ومعرفة مدى مساهمة رقمنة هذه الآليات في الحدّ من الممارسات المرتبطة بالاقتصاد الموازي.
وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها: ضرورة توفير الحكومة للبيئة المناسبة للرقمنة، والتي تشمل العناصر الرئيسية اللازمة لها، كما أن رقمنة آليات الرقابة التجارية تُساهم في تقليص الممارسات المرتبطة بالاقتصاد الموازي.

A set of results were reached, the most important of which are: the need for the government to
provide the appropriate environment for digitization, which contains its main elements. Digitization of
commercial control mechanisms works to reduce practices related to the informal economy.
