| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على أهمية ودور الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية في إصلاح وترقية مناخها الاستثماري خلال الفترة الممتدة مابين 2000-2019، عن طريق استعراض واسقراء تطورات مكونات مناخها الاستثماري خلال نفس الفترة. ولقد توصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أنه بالرغم من تحقيق الجزائر لنتائج إيجابية على مستوى بعض مؤشراتها الاقتصادية الكبرى، إلا أن استقراراقتصادها لزال مرهونا بتقلبات أسعار المحروقات، ويبقى توازنه توازنا هشا لا يستند إلى اقتصاد قوي ومتنوع، وهو الأمر الذي انعكس سلبا على تحسين وترقية مكونات مناخها الاستثماري، وتحسين صورته لدى المستثمرين المحليين والأجانب. This research aims to review and extrapolate the developments of the components of the investment climate in Algeria during the period between 2000-2019. We have concluded through this research that despite Algeria achieving positive results on the level of some of its major economic indicators, the stability of its economy still depends on fluctuations in fuel prices, and its balance remains fragile, which led to the failure to develop and upgrade its investment climate. | ar |
