| dc.description.abstract | تُعد إدارة المعرفة من أحدث المفاهيم الإدارية التي لا تزال بحاجة إلى عمليات تطوير واسعة، بحيث بدأت المنظمات تركز على نحو متزايد على المعرفة باعتبارها العنصر الأساسي الذي يميز المنظمة الناجحة من غيرها، والتي تعتبر في الوقت نفسه من أهم السمات الحيوية للأنشطة التي تؤثر على نوعية وجودة العمل، وقد احتلت مكاناً مرموقاً وازدهرت نظراً لأهميتها في نجاح أعمال منظمات اليوم، لما استطاعت أن تتيحه من فرص تنافسية..، كما أدركت المنظمات أيضاً أن هذا التميز يستند في الأساس إلى حسن إدارة هذا الموجود غير الملموس. وعليه؛سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعمق أكثر في حقل الإطار النظري لموضوع إدارة المعرفة استناداً على أهم ما جاء من تعريفات وتدقيقات مفاهيمية واصطلاحية من أشهر من كتبوا في هذا الموضوع.
